EU delivery

Delivery time: 5–10 working days
All EU deliveries are tax-paid and customs-free on orders under €150.
International delivery
€8.90
Delivery time: 10–15 working days
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to local customs duties or taxes.
Production time
We allow up to 3 working days to process and prepare your order before shipping.
Free shipping
Free EU shipping on orders over €79
Free international shipping on orders over €110
(Excludes fine art, canvas prints and accessories, which ship separately and incur additional charges.)
Customs & import charges
EU Orders: No customs fees for orders under €150.
International Orders (outside the UK & EU): Local import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by you upon delivery.
Delivery Notes
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
Split orders
In rare cases, your order may be shipped from different locations. If that happens, we’ll send you all relevant tracking numbers in your dispatch confirmation email.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem. You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order.
How it works:
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us if you'd like to return your order.
- After that, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the value of the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
Non-returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Unsealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. worn clothing)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
